Yeah, now that I think about it. It's gotta be a fake. Hasbro didn't reissue battle helmet Cobra Commander when they relaunched Action Force back in 1988 (I think it was). Hooded CC was a mail in there and then armored CC was later, but no 1983 Commanders. (Those were released by Palitoy years earlier)

I got my helmet CC from a Chinese version, no idea what year it was, but I was soooo happy to get one MOC...of course I opened it right away.
