So another rigged Hasbro fan's choice poll is up. Vote for next Star Wars Black Series 6-Inch figure.I voted Darth Talon, because Hasbro won't make that. Rex is the ringer, he was already confirmed to be part of the line months ago, but people are ignorant.

So 3 3/4" vintage is coming back in 2018, and Hasbro did a fan vote thing (confusing because at first they didn't specify what scale). They tossed out Ben Skywalker from the old EU because his fans probably cheated or something. They also vetoed Pong Krell from clone wars (the Dexter Jettster-species jedi gone bad) and the Tonnika Sisters from the cantina, because...some legal shit. 6 official finalists can be voted on here: Vote Now for the Next 3.75-Inch Star Wars Vintage Collection Figure!Rumors years ago they had a new Yak Face ready to go for when Vintage cards return, so...not sure why so many people voted for him.

I don't even know half of the choices, lol :-)
Too bad about the Tonnika Sisters, that's something I would get.
Yak-Face is fine, but I have the POTF one, not as cool as the vintage version, but for the 2 seconds he's on the screen, who cares?
I'm glad Hasbro/Disney realized 6" Star Wars is a bad idea...or at least getting rid of articulated 1:18 was a bad idea.

Slim Aloo is the name of the vintage Kenner imperial dignitary figure, he hasn't gotten a figure since 1985! Many want him for that reason. I sympathize, but I never got any of the modern dignitaries they made (they like 2, I think. There's a completely unmade one with a goofy "penis" hat)
Dr. Aphra is a recent comic book character who worked with Vader for awhile, but she looks like a typical modern young independent female cliche character...I can't see her interacting with the live action Vader and Emperor.
Fives is a clone trooper from Clone Wars, who makes it to ARC Trooper. He's had a couple of animated style figures, but they never made the ARC armor version. Assumed if he wins, his figure will be "realistic" style, though.
6-inch will continue. I think they make more profit per figure on them than 4" articulated. Not sure why they acted like there had to be one collector-aimed scale, given all the licensed SW stuff aimed at collectors (made by other companies).
Current stats: Dr. Aphra 26% Slim Aloo 7% Saelt-Marae (Yak Face) 12% Ahsoka Tano (rebels) 27% ARC Trooper Fives 13% Emperor Palpatine 15%

Since I'm too lazy to make another thread, I just wanted to say (since this is Star Wars related), in my universe, Predator is Mandalore. Disney should buy the rights to Alien and put one in the Cantina scene where there was originally that one guy they only showed for a second, he kind of looked like a washing machine tube with a mouth. Yeah, use ALIEN for that guy :-)
Ahsoka gets my vote.
