Yeah, they meme Gwen Stacy a lot. The Spider-Gwen comic was her own universe originally. It plays out... she gets bit by the spider, Peter dies tragically, flipping them. The visual design and her costume was so well done, it was decided, she was folded into mainline 616 Marvel Comics, same as Miles. The issue is, the branding of "Spider-Gwen" isn't used in comic, she was originally called Spider-Woman, then when she got put in the regular fold, started calling herself Ghost-Spider, which is kind of dumb. This is also their out to not walk back the Death of Gwen Stacy, while still leveraging her as character. But her post-death always meant more than when she was alived (got usurped in popularity by Mary Jane). So, I got that Hulk annual because Rob Liefeld was apparently reading some Hulk comics and brought it up on his twitter feed. Hulk makes a play at She-Hulk in it, I think its along the lines of we're the only two like one another, sooo (like Frankenstein and The Bride of Frankenstein, I suppose). Just too weird not to own. LOL |

Everything about She-Hulk is a little weird...but that's what makes it fun.
That cover with Cat-woman and Robin...reminds me of a couple girls I've dated, lol.
I didn't know Robin ever wore pants. Makes sense, I'm sure Gotham gets cold at night.

The amount of stuff out there is nutz. Last time I checked Fans-Toys is doing a 4-foot tall Fortress Maximus. I don't have any plans to get all the Transformer stuff (there's way too much), but I do like looking at what they're doing. It makes me smile that fans are getting it done, while a big corporation like Hasbro sits on the license and most of these projects would never get to see the light of day if it wasn't for the 3rd party projects. It's too bad there's not more of an effort to do that with G.I.JOE.
I'd be down for an updated 3rd party USS FLAGG.
The vintage one always looks kind of disappointing IMHO.

I'm embarrassed that I still don't have that one, lol :-)
Bonus, it should fit in one of my tackle boxes, being a mini vehicle.

My uncle gave me "The Batman" T-shirt. Black shirt, with red bat logo...say's "The Batman" in small print underneath.
Pretty awesome.

Target delivered Sun Man, package was slightly crushed. Creations Sun Man is more glossy.  Boring figures, the one I like most is Pig Head or whatever he is called. But this wave is done. |

There's something very off about him. He definitely has this off brand look to him and the cap is odd. The deluxe version is more shinny.
