Gambit and Rogue weren't even a thing yet.
Rogue ended up in the Savage Land... because.... she had popped out of the Siege Perilous, which creates the most homogenized version of yourself, so Rogue was left with her base powerset, none of the Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers stuff, no Carol floating around in her. But the Reavers were around, so she asked Gateway to get her out of there, couldn't fight cyborg paramilitary thugs as she was, and Gateway sent her to the Savage Land.
That's where the Savage Land Rogue stuff comes from. She helps out Magneto (and yes, she ends up getting back Carol's power set, as the Siege Perilous separated them, but only one could survive). It's been awhile since I read that era of X-Men, but I think a Savage Land Rogue mini-series expanding on these stories is coming out, so that's the reason for this reprint above as a promotional deal.

I got a new Christmas nativity set from costco. It is very similar to the one I got last year. Cats broke baby Jesus, so I needed a new one. I glued him back together, but my OCD needs a non-broken Jesus. So, yes, I have two nativity sets now, lol. Anyway, kind of cool because it also has a different shepherd, kings, camel and some other animals. Should have a nice display this year. There are holes in the bottom of the statues, so I may make a custom dio with pegs for them to sit on...should help prevent the cats from destroying baby Jesus again  |

Lot of X-men covers! Might be able to remove the price stickers by heating it with a hair dryer? Maybe, maybe not.
I see Turtles of Grayskull Moss-Man and Mer-Man in there, very cool.

Ollies finds. Ned whatever they never had him here before, they had Riva but a lot of her, so I passed. Another Ric Flair for maybe head swapping. Royal Guard and TIE Fighter metallized set...$20 for reselling, I guess. THe box was open but the other set they had had a dented box, at least I could check the cardsed figures inside this one. Lots of Marvel legends in stock. No Star Wars The Vintage Collection.   |

Target had 3 3/4" Cobb Vanth on sale for $17.50. Got the Mando-tax and made deluxe. Hard pass there.
Oh, there's some crappy 4" figures out there, but even they are disney show centric.
Funny Ollies had the recent 2" whatever it was called kid-aimed SW stuff (Mission fleet?) and Boba Fett's ship FIRESRPAY. Whatever...IT'S SLAVE ONE.
