Duke is bigger than any other Joe.
Duke knows it's more important in survival conditions to look good, rather than stay warm. Also, Duke never gets cold.
I always thought Cobra La characters should have had colors closer to the Royal Guard. Mainly Pythona and Nemesis Enforcer being black/dark grey and red.
