In the books, when the hound goes to Sansa chambers, he's drunk and makes her sing him a song and she fears he'll rape her. She thought Stannis was going to win. That's why she didn't go with him.

I'll give me end of the season thoughts on the 'good guys' character by character: Danny - She learned that she can simply not ask for help and expect it given. She had to be more proactive. I did enjoy the climax of her plot in the House of the Undying, but getting there was clunky. Robb - Flirted with a nurse all season long. Hated his storyline. The nurse seems way too modern to me. Jon Snow - He didn't have much to do this season. It was more about location and the mood beyond the Wall. He's undercover now and it remains to be seen how it will play out. More of a placeholder story. Tyrion - It was his crowning moment, doing well as the Hand. But being pushed aside at the end of the season just confirms what we know: His family doesn't like or respect him. Sansa - She is a prisoner and remains a prisoner. She is learning she can't out-bullshit the bullshitters in Kings Landing. I had a great deal of respect for her. Theon - A man without a country; a man without a family. I really do pity him. He didn't even get his warriors death because his men would rather cut and run. Arya - She was offered a chance to learn to be a badass assassin, but instead stuck to her duty to return to her family. That shows me she hasn't completely become consumed with the idea of revenge. Season 3, nine months or so away. Meh.

It just goes to show that a good sword fight scene is not about the number of flips you can do or the extremely over rehearsed choreography.

Yeah, I managed to see it. By this point, I'm ready for the Dragon Lady to burn everything to the ground.

Well, she's kind of bogged down in freeing slaves right now and making googly eyes at the Fabio merc. I love that Bran got powered up. It would be very difficult for anyone kill him given his warging abilities. Also, Jon Snow killing pirates of the caribbean guy, "You were right about me the entire time" and leaving his girl behind, crows before hoes bitch. I'm actually a Roose Bolton fan, he wanted Cat's reaction before the betrayal. He sort of played that same by withholding information from Jaime in a prior episode about the Battle of Blackwater and his families fate. He likes seeing people suffer. I can't enjoy Walder Frey as a villain, though, he's just a bitter old piece of shit. Long Live The King of the North!

And it's pretty sad to see what has become of Theon Greyjoy.
