I always thougth this would be funny from the commercials, I'd seen , but never got a chance to watch it.
I don't purposly watch alot of tv, and my wife's usually hogging it with reality TV shows that make me have nothing but hatred for the people on them. (Houswives of, Teen Mom, Jersey Shoe, gag, etc.)
Anyway, I saw the latest, Bastard Chef episode, and I thought it was hilarious.
I like the animation, its clearly CG, but has a well drawn classic style to it.
The only thing I didn't care for is that they seem to have Pam the target of fat jokes, she's chubby, but attractive. I would've glady accepted a hand job from her. Fat jokes seem to be the last sterotype its "OK" to make fun of.
I set the DVR to record the series.

I never got into ARCHER. It wasn't bad, but didn't do much for me. It's distracting that the lead character sounds like Bob from Bob's Burgers (an okay show).

Not necessarily, as a Half in the Bag movie reviewed point out, there's recent movies where there's a gay character and the joke is that he's gay (a terrible gay stereotype that sexually harasses every man he meets). I think the movie they mentioned it about was Marlon Wayans' Haunted House.

It is the same guy from Bob's burgers.
I've seen a few more episodes, and watched som clips on youtube. Everybody seems to have their time in the spotlight, and being the butt of the joke.
The second male charachter is gay, but I didn't pick up on it from either full episode I've seen.
The main female charachter, Lana Kane, has man hands. I didn't notice that, and her name is a pun.
Pam was fight club brawler during college, she was interrogated once, got loose and beat the hell out of her captors, like you would expect John McClain, or Martin Riggs. She also has a wicked back tattoo, and is a race car driver.

There was an episode where Archer had amnesia, and he thought he was Bob, from Bob's Burgers.
I've got my wife into this series, I think it's the funniest thing on TV atm.
Today I called somone at work dicknuts, a curseword Pam uses reguarly. I guess I can add that to my repoire which also includes cock knocker, cockstain, and (shitfaced)cockmaster.
