Yeah, these companies have been making movie figures (typically military) for awhile now, like Blackhawk Down, Tears of the Sun, ect. They change the name, but it's obvious who the figure is meant to be.

The company "Art Figures" did this version of the Warzone movie Punisher already, but this unlicensed one looks much better. For one thing they managed to make the face look like the guy in the movie and still have a classic comic Punisher look to him.
