But its another gratuitous crossover item (appropriate for a con exclusive) and doesn't fill in any blanks in any modern era collection. Not that I care much, but I thought they implied previously that it would.

Also at $100, seems more reasonable than any of the Collector's Club bullshit.

They claim this will the be last GI JOE/TF crossover SDCC set. But if it sells out, you know they'll revisit the idea. How many Decepticon jets are there that can be sky strikers? The Rattler is close enough to Power Glide. Isn't a Aerial Bot similar to the Conquest? Those are just the vintage ones I can think of, and I'm hardly a TF fan.
