Well, I'm banking on Rick's son being the in-prison crazy helping the zombies.
Trailer looks good, but this show has fooled me before.

I just assumed Governor, doesn't seem his style especially, though.
They showcase some new black guy a lot.
"SEE WE CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE BLACK GUY ON THE SHOW AT ONCE...just fooling! He dies in the first 20 minutes of the premiere."

I don't think neither blackguy will die in the premiere. That trailer is a fake out poking fun at one blackguy introduced/one dies meme.

Maybe the blonde girl falls for one of the new guys and Ricks pubescent son becomes a little angry and jealous. Could be the Governor, but I think he's done...for now. I wouldn't mind seeing the zombies evolving. The ones that live longer get smarter, move quicker, are able to use past memories to be smart enough to operate vehicles & weapons, becoming more like cannibal savages. With zombies being so utterly stupid and moving so slow, how are they taking over?
In a real life military zombie experiment, it was determined that if the zombies were like Walking Dead ones, it might be possible to prevent extinction, if we were able to stop it quick enough (i.e. nuke).
If they were the 28 days later or World War Z type (fast), then we're completely fucked.

If they were the 28 days later or World War Z type (fast), then we're completely fucked. 28 Days infected were still alive and thus could be killed the way you kill any one alive. Dawn of Dead remake/WW Z movie ones, yeah, civilization would be over pretty fast, except on remote islands.

So, anyone watch it? I liked Rick's three questions.

I enjoyed it Not sure why the kid turned into the zombie at the end. Seemed to have had an asthma attack and died....but why did the water shut off by itself? Seemed implied super natural forces were behind that. I like it when you can't tell if a survivor is a zombie or not

The shower was the manual kind you had to keep pulling.
I had a theory the crazy woods woman was Rick's hallucination (or at least her being alive), and I'm not the only one, but the impression is she was real. We'll see.
Oddities...they liked the same statue at the airport, she kept her dead spouse around and fed it like Hershell did. I knew her hubby would be dead as soon as she mentioned him.
Also, Rick's questions were things the voices he heard on the phone asked him. At least one of them was.
The supermarket sweep was fun, yeah...a tad far fetched, the shelf happened to fall then, on the guy...whatever, it's a tv show. and murphy's law has always been part of the show.
Rick found a way to grow guns, loaded guns...oh, wait...it was just buried there.
Wonder where they found the pigs?

I guess the cliffhanger with the kid with glasses is some kind of food contamination and I recall Daryl licking his fingers with the same food?
Rick seems doomed to always be alone, off on his own, never any real human connections.

Funny that Patrick wasn't the only one who died overnight, the other one locked himself in while sleepwalking.
Good-bye Arnold the Pig and friends.
They killed Karen off a bit too soon. The Woodbury folks and others are zombie fodder, but you'd think they'd have one known woodburian around for a bite bit .
It was just an okay episode.

Pretty graphic to me, but it is a zombie TV show Darrel is too tough for the flu Who is feeding the zombies? The little girl?

I liked it better than episode 1. The problems were clearly laid out. 1. Someone feeding zombies rats 2. Flu 3. Someone murdering the sick as a preemptive measure
Carol is clearly right and shouldn't have to grovel to that bitch Carl. Of course, this gives Carol a 're-do' after losing Sophia. She's much better equipped to teach children how to survive now than back in season 2, was it?
Its either one of the creepy girls feeding the zombies rats or Carl. They were naming the zombies, so its possible. Carl wanted his gun back, so creating a problem at the gate gives him motive. Hmmmm
Karen survived the governor snapping only to go out that way. That sucks.

Others have said the height the flash light being held by the rat sacrificer was arguably too high for it to be the girl.
