Let's just call it what it is, a one-sie. And yes, the spats?(I'm not sure, but I do think that is correct) would get filthy quick, but some boots have more heel to them, I think Cobra Commander's did or would.
Also,
I like that the dude changed his Cobra Commanders', because it's kind of weird to have 4 Cobra Commanders'.

Hong Kong bootlegs #1 super guys!  I used to know joe parts from looking at them, but whose arms are those? Gnawgahyde's rifle as a two handed weapon is interesting.  |

It sucked when they started making guns too big for the Joe's, I was particularly dissapointed with SAW-Vipers weapon. Rock-Viper was a bummer too...but manageable.
Sad thing was, Saw-Viper-s gun was really cool, just totally out of scale.
No idea about the arms, I went and did a quick scan at yojoe.com, and it was none of the one's I thought they might possibly belong to.

I wanted to say either Armadillo or Iron Grenadier, but I don't think either of those work. I like how in the second picture, two of those dudes are done up in Sonic Fighters Dodger colours, probably unintentionally.

Might be Toxo-Viper V2 upper arms with Armadillo lower arms. But I find it hard to believe bootleggers would go to that much effort, especially since the parts on the figures seem so random.
Or there's a figure I'm just not remembering.

Those Marauders are epic, I almost want them :-)
Zarana is painted well, but it looks terrible.

Corps tank with badly painted tube for a main gun manned by Wild Bills wearing Crimson Shadow Guard helmets. (Actually, using those guys isn't a bad idea since they are cheap from china, but dude could get better helmets from marauder or some such)  |
