Anything to avoid showing Cobra Commader's face. They must've been working on making him more human since Dragonfire. That's where Cobra's budget goes. After Dragonfire Dic had GI JOE "Brown Shirts" with purple helmets. In Granny, Dearest, there's a random bunch of guys who don't have helmets.   Destro became the Silver Surfer in season 2.  |

Heh. Something related. Amazon has Dic Season 1 DVDs for under $6. IIRC, Lady Jaye was the only cartoon Joe to disguise herself as both a regular Crimson Guard (The Gods Below) and an Immortal (Victory at Volcania)  That crotch seam on her uniform looks...suggestive. Pathfinder is a sick, sick person.  |

The RHINO DVD version made that scene more bizarre by adding like insect chewing noises to it.

The problem is, yeah, we see later troops animated, but they don't really play into their skills/gear.
