I'm trying to remind people that the preview to Attack of the Clones looked good too.

I find it kinda shrug worthy. Hey, there's some of new young cast. Apparently a villain narrating...which is becoming a standard for sci-fi and fantasy movies. Another desert planet, probably Tatooine again.

There's a strong connection between Tattooine and Star Wars...and the Force IMHO. I think the narrator is just a narrator. Storm Troopers are black? lol! The soccer ball droid is like whatever. Love seeing the X-wings, hate seeing the pilots helmet, yuck! I wonder if that's Jaina Solo on the speeder? She looks like the concept art for Leia Starkiller (later to become Luke Skywalker in the first film). I wonder who the Sith dude is... Seeing the Millennium Falcon at the end though is the best thing that's happened in Star Wars for a long time. I hope this is the film we've been waiting to see all these years. Heck, just to finally see Star Wars get this next step in the series is pretty incredible.

Yeah, it's still surprising these movies are happening. I still wonder if JJ Abrams is the right man for the job even if he is a fan. He won't be directing the two after this, but he's going to set the style of them. He does have the gratuitous cuteness down with the soccer droid.
The idea of black stormtrooper seems odd to some people. They aren't clones, most of them, anyway. Square radar dish on the Falcon...that's gonna take getting used to. X-Wings have been upgraded, but TIE fighters seem to look the same. That speeder bike seems overly large based on tech we've seen.
