Anyone check it out? In someways, the first marvel property to have a fully satisfying villain in my view.
Kingpin kind of reminded me of the Gamesmaster.

Yeah, I watched it, and enjoyed it a lot. I know they could do more seasons, but I kind of wish they just leave it the way it is. It's good, and I don't want to see it ruined. Much better than the Ben Affleck version. They did Daredevil justice. I remember Daredevil having blonde hair in the comics, I don't have a gripe with him having dark hair in the tv series, just pointing it out I guess. I only ever had a few issues from the comic. The stories were dark, and really opened up my eyes (no pun intended) what a comic books potential could reach. I remember an issue, it was about a 3 legged puppy dog and an abusive father...in the comic he wasn't able to save the puppy and it was REALLY sad, but the flashback somehow helped him to defeat the villain in that issue.
Also watched Arrow recently...the first two seasons. I've enjoyed this as well, not nearly as much as Daredevil, but it's pretty good. The villain in the second season of Arrow is "Deathstroke", he's pretty bad ass.

The problem with Green Arrow is always been him coming off as a second rate batman. The tv show has been playing up those comparisons.
I like some of the supporting characters on Arrow better than the Arrow himself.

Sounds interesting, but I'm not paying to watch any tv series.
Arrow's gotten blah this season in part to Ra's Al Ghul storyline with a mediocre Aussie actor as Ra's. Also, setting up the ATOM for a spin-off, but as a tv-budget IRON MAN more than a shrinking dude.
GOTHAM, which I thought was a terrible idea, turned out entertaining. I think in part to making a dreary Gotham City and Robin Lord Taylor as a young, psychotic, manipulative Penguin. The young Bruce Wayne parts are so-so to filler, but finally building to something.
And The Flash, it's the most unapologetic tv superhero show on. Not too dark, not afraid to have superpowered, even absurd villains. It's been more fun than The Arrow this season.
