I think you have to join the club before a certain date and the figure is "free" with whatever they charge for membership, $44 from what I can tell. And you have to make sure you choose the 4" figure, not the 12" whatever.

IIRC, that applied to this year's figure, cold weather Dr. Mindbender. Pythona wasn't even announced until the convention or later.

If you join the G I Joe Collectors Club any time before March 16, 2016 and select the 3 3/4” figure option you will be signed up to receive the Pythona when we ship them sometime in the Spring of 2016.
To join go to gijoeclub.com, click on Shop, add the membership to your cart, proceed to checkout, click on continue as a new member, and then enter all your information to set up a new account.
