I wonder why nobody has ever made a custom vehicle of Shiprecks sand sail boat from Revenge of Cobra...hmmmmm.

Good thought. Maybe because a lot of customizers just modify what's existing or go for realistic customs.
There's a few cartoon only vehicles that never see customs. That odd boat the Baroness uses in Revenge of Cobra. The Command HISS tank (maybe someone has done that). Proto-Rattlers and the proto-CLAWs from MASS Device mini series...and the Joe's cliff climbing transports.
