There's dino-rider He-Man stuff too that never got produced, or was really rare, not sure which. I want to go back and watch all the He-Man and She-Ra episodes. Especially She-Ra since I never saw it, other than bits & pieces. Currently trying to find a decent deal on Swiftwind and Filmation Hordak....I still want probably 10 or 20 figures. I have to work on the July sale on the matty website. I probably will end up missing out on Crita and Despara. Kind of a bummer. Maybe I can get someone to cover for me at work I'm actually excited about the Thundercats line

3 dinos were made. I had the Tyrannosaur!
The rest were for the cancelled He-Ro pre-eternia series.

Wow. Mattel is giving the whole MOTU thing to Super 7. Probably means more expensive figures IF they continue the Classics scale.

I feel like they've milked MOTU as much as possible already. A few unmade more obscure characters, but whatever. Fans are pretty pissed about Thundercats though. I bet Mattel will still make them and there's no need to panic...still, Pixel Dan has said Thundercats is over after 2016, which means the line died before they even released the core characters. I sure hope they continue it.
*Edit* I feel like if they don't continue the line, someone else will. Either another company getting the license, or getting a 3rd party company to do it. I could even see He-Man getting some "new" figures that look like Thundercats figures.

*Update* GOOD NEWS! Super7 have said they will continue MOTU both Classics and Filmation lines. They also said they REALLY want to do Thundercats, but the licensing may take a while. Also good news. It's just not as simple as a Transition as it is for MOTU since Mattel owns MOTU.
They've even said they would do Snake Mountain if the figure line is successful and if there is enough demand for it. I personally feel there is only a handful of fans who would actually pay for it. I'm one of them, but at the same time, it's not something I need.
And last, my new Crita got here today, what a fun figure! I have no idea who she even is supposed to be, but I love her look. Mine had some minor paint rubs on her leg that look like it was from the dress. Minor bummer, overall figure is really nice, one of my favorites for sure.

Night Stalker on sale tomorrow.
I had the original but not Stridor, because screw the good guys. LOL. The nonposeable thing was lame. You could move the tail and the lasers. Big whoop. Also bad-guy cheap out, no head armor. At least Panthor had the flocking to compensate.
The new one corrects both.

I had Stridor as a kid, but have no desire for it. It's more of a Brave-Star thing I will paint one of the She-Ra horses, probably Arrow because it's cheaper, and sculpt a better mane on it. Going to paint it black for the "Nightmare" from Dungeons & Dragons. Just trying to get Warduke done first. I've got the parts and most of the stuff I need, just need to get my lazy ass to work on it. There's early artwork that has Warduke riding Nightmare. That's what I want. I'm not thrilled with how Lion-O looks, but he's my least favorite.

Looks like Super 7 is reissuing some MOTU Classics with all previous variant heads* and accessories. Seems nice for anyone who missed Teela or some such. Only thing "new" seems to be a recolored RAM-MAN in mini-comic colors. Also retro style 80's Mummy Skeletor and some big headed monster guys. (Why not make requested characters in that format?) Super 7 NYCC reveals*Not the cartoon heads, though.

That's cool. I like that they're going the mini-comic route. I might get some of these, not sure yet. There's really only a handful of figures I still want.

I take back what I said. I'll probably get anything Super7 makes at this scale. Those figures look too good to pass up.

Word is they don't have the She-Ra license. So no Shadow Weavers anytime soon.
Planned for 2017 are 8 filmation figures and 8 new classics figures, not including those ultimates. They'll be done in quarterly releases, 4 MOUC classics, then 4 Filmation, then 4 MOTUC and then 4 Filmation.
Why do I care I don't collect these. LOL. It's always interesting to see what they make.

Thanks for the heads up! The only Skeletor I have is the Filmation one, and a good comic version will be nice to go with my all red Beast-Man. Bad news about She-Ra. I really would like a Light Spinner variant Shadow Weaver...but that's about it. Kind of cool I will probably be able to get the figures I missed out on.

The Fwoosh MOTUC The FutureIt's really a wishlist. I'm not sure i ever saw that Horde mummy concept art. I like the Masks of Power demons because I had that mini-comics. And Lodar, because I had that one, too. Stratos' enemy/sister/cousin/baby mama would be neat. The rest are alright, I guess. Pretty sure they can't make Karg due to movie rights. Surprised the didn't do the Trollans already. They did more obscure characters. There's a 100 one-off Filmation toon characters they could make, many would require just a new head and garments & weapons. But they'd have limited appeal.
