Good movie. Not quite great, probably better than Age of Ultron. Slightly more rewarding that X-Men Apocalypse. Not as interesting as Dawn of Justice or as fun as Deadpool.

It's really Avengers 2.5 within Captain America 3, and that's a good thing.
Builds on the previous Marvel movies well, that's expected but here it's key to the story.
Spider-Man was better than I expected. Movie stops for 15 minutes for Stark to recruit him, but it's worth it.
Likewise, Black Panther...whom I'd forgotten was in the movie before I saw it.
They are actually doing a Scarlett Witch/Vision shipper thing.
Ross back from Incredible Hulk as a shit-heel in power was nice continuity.
Big fight scene is great.
Decent post credits scene, better than X-Men Apocalypse's. (There's also a mid credits scene)
MAJOR SPOILERS
Cons:
Cap is still not that interesting. Second least interesting character in the movie, after Winter Soldier.
Stark's relationship with Pepper Potts is in the potty...who gives a shit?
Some fight and chase scenes are too shaky. Others not as much. Strange.
BIG PLACE LOCATION NAMES ON SCREEN. QUEENS
Scarlet Witch...you concern people because you are NOT A MUTANT...but enhanced. Yeah. She also still dresses like a teenage girl half the time.
How did Stark know about Spider-Man and Spidey's identity? Could've used that method recruit any new character...though that's not really a con per se.
Ant-Man shows up because they needed even teams. I haven't seen Ant-Man, not sure about his motives.
Stop trying to steal the movie, Scar-Jo. Oh, I cannot stay mad at you.
Airport fight is great, but really, Vision could've defeated everyone himself except Scarlett Witch. And likewise, maybe.
How did the villain know about the Hydra stuff? Maybe they mentioned it and I forgot.
Villain's plan relies on someone learning about something and reacting to it how he wants them to at the right time. And room service being nosy. (Yeah, it's a comic book)
Can Marvel not do villains very well? Zemo was not a decent version of Zemo. They dispose of Crossbones early and he was decent looking baddie.
Rhodey...didn't have the balls to kill him off, just make him suffer. Not that I wanted him dead, but the other deaths in the movie are incidental or expected.
The reveal that makes the conflict between Iron Man and Cap personal...ugh...ugh...no.
Mid-credits scene....now you want to take a chill pill, Winter Soldier? Could've done that sooner and saved a lot of headaches.
Captain America was in the wrong. IS that a con? He took Winter Soldier alive after he escaped and wouldn't let due process go on. If he'd returned him to custody after the second time the other Avengers could've investigated Siberian hydra base...or he could've talked others into going rogue without Stark's knowledge. Villian's plan would've really been shot to shit if Iron Man never knew where Cap went because there was never an airport fight at all.
