Good for him, not really my thing.
If there was a set official or custom that included the Original 13, O-ring style, good quality, and Starduster, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I almost got those 12 Jumbo Joes from Gentle Giant, but it looks like they cancelled the line after like 4 figures. They should have made them 1:18 replicas.

Even if it were my thing, there's now far too many to get. Black Major is making Snow Serpent...and red Snow Serpents. Some blue ones and sand ones? There's not a lot you can do with them. Should make a Sunbow version, but somehow obvious media variations often aren't done by these guys. www.instagram.com/blackmajor/?hl=en

Some of the Red Laser stuff is incredibly redundant, but he also did some really wild stuff I would've never thought of. Like DEF Law in Swivel Neck style. I'll get some, if only because I'm the most positive I've been on G.I. Joe in probably 15 goddamn years.

Redlaser is doing Scarlett molds, but why no mix things up and use Cover Girl's head? Is there no way for factory customizers to make new heads? Yet, he's making a swivel neck Heat Viper V2 head. How does any of this work? I've no idea. It all pales in comparison to a previously unseen Funskool Big Boa, one without ball jointed shoulder or swivel arms!

That's a strange looking figure. I like the Night Viper boots!

Another Black Major offering. Storm Shadow needed yellow briefs. That sickly green isn't up to vintage Python standards, sadly. There's bootleg Ninja-Vipers, too. $25 each. Uh...no. I'd wipe my ass with $25 before I'd spend it on that. They have the same wonky eyes and weird arms as previous Storm Shadow copies. These bootlegs are gonna price themselves out of business acting like they are fan club releases...maybe. I just wonder if the folks spending lots of money on these realize their value is shaky. No official price guide will ever list them. There's no way to know what the production runs were and the way tech is going, maybe anybody will be able to make a better toy at home within the next 20 years. I'm not anti-factory customs but gotta be honest, the quality is still spotty on some of these, these are not legit and never will be. Nobody should be spending $25 each on them. On the other side, I read a post where some fan said "all reproductions are wrong". Well, those Stuns will look great when the last red plastic flags crumble to dust, and the WHALES when their fan vanes all break. Come on, now, these things aren't built to last. Reproductions might be all that's left someday.
