Well, I came across these Disney "kids" movies of Tinkerbell. There's a whole series of these things that came out within the last 5 years or so. It took a little effort to get started. I had a moment of, "Am I really going to spend my night watching this?"
But I did. I've watched almost all of them, most are just a little over an hour. I found myself laughing, an engaged in most of the stories. The one about the "Never-Beast" was my favorite. I really can't emphasize enough how good that one in particular was. I'm sure it's fine as a stand alone film, but watching them in order would be helpful to have a better understanding of the characters.
As a Star Wars nerd there's a couple of Easter Eggs if you pay attention closely. In one of the movies you hear the fairies working on something, "This one goes here, that one goes there, got?" Things like that.
All in all, I liked them.

Never heard of them.
Last cartoon thing I got hooked on was Steven Universe, which has weird LGBTNRBQ fan base who "ship" characters and get mad when the writers don't hook up their favorites.

You really have to be in the mood for this sort of thing. Since I'm on this fantasy kick, I liked it. 5 or 10 years ago, probably not.
