Captain Marvel blu ray... haven't seen it yet. Not a huge fan of the character, but I'll see how it is. I think some of the critique against it is apart of larger political bs, so I expect it to be better than some claim.

I still need to watch it...is it necessary to see it before Avengers Endgame?

She's in Endgame, but is not the focus at all. Think she had 15 minutes of airtime. The movie is definitely about the original Avengers for the most part. I think this movie is an 90s period piece that explains her. I might watch it tonight or tomorrow.

The only thing I think I know about her is I thought she is how Rogue from X-men got her Super Powers to fly and super strength. I do like my superhero women :-)

Part of it is overhyped statements made by another actor who has to soapbox. If it starred someone else beside Brie Larson, there wouldn't be all the criticism.

Marvel has always tried to sell her as their answer to Wonder Woman. The thing is, Wonder Woman is always going to have that historical appeal. In terms of general appeal and knowing a character, because of the MCU, Black Widow has become the most well known Marvel female character. I think there's some great moments for her throughout the different movies, so I have no issue with that. I liked her friendship with Captain America in Winter Solider, for example.

Yeah, I guess she can be insufferable, but the thing is, a good 90% of Hollywood is pretty liberal, so that doesn't bother me. I always am interested in the movie, not the political opinions. So, in terms of critique, if it becomes too much about things beyond it, yeah, that's bothersome to me.

Black Cat fig. I own a bunch of Spider-Man figures, not much of his supporting cast. I always viewed her as a Catwoman knock off.

Big Lob is so cool :-)
I never knew who Black Cat was.

Marvel also has a character named NIGHT CAT. Probably just to copyright that name. I recall Spider-Woman was originally created to keep anyone else from using that name.

I wonder if that's why She-Hulk was invented

Yeah, a lot of female versions were made for just that reason.

Best MCU trilogy, imo. Very exicted to have the steelcases. Also a good excuse to give these a rewatch.
