My shots would be alot nicer if they were in focus.  The original Krang is based on a race from the comic book called Utrom. Not necessarily evil, like Krang, the Utrom are an advanced alien race that have been here for centuries after a spaceship crash landed here, stranding them. They run the T.C.R.I. company, and are responsible for creating the mutagen that created the turtles. They created the android bodies to hide amongst humans, they also happen to make a great exo-suit for the little fuckers. They were represented fairly faithfully in the 2003-2007 cartoon series. Nickeloden has simply combined the Utrom with Krang, and changed the speling to Kraang. Comic Book Utroms:   Lunch break!  2k3 toon Utroms:   |

I recall they were a race aliens. I just wouldn't have renamed them after a single character.

I got a job today at a local Bakery Cafe, it's an awesome place. I won't bore you guys with how long I've been out of work, but it's been quite a while. I'm excited to get back on the horse this time. The employers are total hippies, they interviewed me in a park while we sat in the grass  Maybe I can pick up some new items now.... |

Congrats. I guess. Working sucks, but not working eventually sucks more.  I got a Zartan for 25 cents at a garage sale. Bit dirty, some paint rubs but had his chest plate! Only vintage figure I've found used at a garage sale all year. |

Thanks Bravo, it's a great place to work, I'm actually happy there :-)
First day, after closing during clean up, my trainer boss and I drank beer while we worked. There's cute girls and believe it or not, nobody yells at anyone for anything...I know it's crazy.
Now, back to collecting...

So this is Mara Jade...  I think a ROC movie Scarlet figure with a lightsaber does the job just fine. Don't like the giant holster either. Figures not bad, just sort of expected Mara Jade to be better. |

Seems I heard that close out stores in Canada are getting some of the Star Wars waves from last year that never saw wide release. Hopefully that'll happen in the USA, too. Bastillas might be out there... I might get Mara Jade, never got the previous ones. Not my choice for fan favorite character...I think I picked the green bunny. I was never sold on the character. The Emperor had some hot red-headed assassin? Really? Another bending of the rule of two. |

Found 2 Zombie-Vipers at a Krogers for $5 each. they had Airtight, but he was still $10. Go figure.
I'll definitely sell one of them. the one of the better card. I didn't realize they were still that sought after. If I can get 2 to 3 times what I paid, I might as well.

I saw the deluxe Chitauri or whatever at Wal-Mart (IIRC they were already on clearance) and it has no elbow, no wrists and no knee joints.
I got the Toys R Us Ewoks set. It's kinda fun, but a hard buy at $35 even with the $5 off coupon I had. Some of the figures are better than others.
FInally saw the new Jar Jar (on LOST LINE pointless alternate card back) and passed, his eyes are all wrong and he's got this holding-in-a-fart expression...they didn't want to give a goofy character a goofy facial expression but they wound up making him look even odder.
