Why does Ripper get to be the first non-Z family Dreadnok made again? (Like in New Sculpt era)

I never really felt like any of the original 3 dreadknoks were more popular than one another. I probably like Torch the best, but he has the least interesting weapon.

I felt like Buzzer was because he got more characterization in the comics, but Hasbro disagreed because he didn't even get a New Sculpt.
Also, Ripper was the only Dreadnok made in 12" scale during that era, maybe the only Dreadnok ever made in 12" beside Zartan.

There's alot of grumblings about the tier unlocks suddenly. I do like Tier 2 better than Tier 1.
Leave to to Fandom to never be happy. I do think this idea of a freaking ASP or Battle Armor Cobra Commander is insane. I could see another figure, even Cobra Commander, but not as that version would require. If there's a tow add on, it'd be in line with the missile system that came with the Sears Red Hiss Tank.
The unlockables are bonuses.
