So, these arrived. Saved some about 20 bucks... my buddy found these, during the buy 1 gets 50 percent off sell at target. I think I saved about 18 bucks vs waiting on BBTS with that wave. Sorceress has a bit of a tan. I always felt like Buzz Off came off very childish as a figure, something for very young children, but the figure is good even if I'm not big on the concept. I can't get excited about Stratos. Not even a weapon with him. Jitsu is visually cool.

Bee-Man is my favorite :-)

They made Buzz-Off antennae longer to keep his helmet on, but didn't change the helmet to cover his eyes. That and not giving Stratos a weapon are maybe sticking too close to vintage.
Jitsu is the one I have the fondest memories of, (That Stratos didn't exist as a toy, though) I liked that Buzz-Off wasn't another human-looking Heroic Warrior.

Picked up the Mattel version of Club Grayskull Filmation He-Man.
I passed on this when it came out because the ankle joints are terrible, but I finally bit the bullet.
Points of interest compared to Super7 Filmation He-Man...
1) The Club He-Man figure is not glossy, the skin has a matte finish. Super7 He-Man is glossy.
2) Club He-Man has bolder blonde hair...looks more cartoon accurate to me.
3) Club He-Man sword sheath can pivot for left or right hand accessibility. Super7 is stuck in the left hand position.
4) Club He-Man comes with a Castle Grayskull stone to hold the He-Man and She-Ra power swords.
5) Club He-Man has different articulation on his right hand, so that he can hold the sword of power in the iconic transformation pose correctly. I didn't think this would bug me when I got the Super7 He-Man...but after a while, it did.
Worth noting that Super7 He-Man has 4 different He-Man heads...while the Club Grayskull version just has the one.
So now Super7 He-Man is sporting one of the Faker heads :-)
I may try to boil and pop and switch the feet, so the Club Grayskull version won't have those terrible ankle joints.
Terrible ankle joints would be okay for Faker though, just makes him more robotic, and the glossy skin makes him look more artificial in comparison.

Tried popping and switching the feet on He-Man, no luck.
Pegs are too long, I could trim them down, but he will loose some height.
Gonna just use the crappy feet for now. I normally try to avoid sculpy for custom work...but I could see it solving the problems of
-Super flat feet & toes.
-Horribly exposed ankle articulation.
It's like whoever designed this did almost a perfect job, but when it got to the feet, they went took the rest of the day off and left it up to someone in a different department.

So I have been half way following the holiday drops for next gen by storefronts via twitter and it actually paid off. There was an XBox Series X drop on the 24th for Amazon Prime members and I managed to get this. I am very excited. Just showed up five mins ago.

I flipped through the S6 comic. The art does look straight up of the toon, which I think is neat.

I got Purrrplor today...Mythic Legions Panthor in humanoid form.
I didn't have any version of Panthor, so it's a nice addition.
There's a optional muscular neck piece...I kind of like it on him. Not so much on Cowaroo's (Cringer/Battle-cat). Took a couple quick shots, will try to post them later.

Feel the purple power of Purrrplor! :-) One shall stand, one shall fall. One pic for Mythic Legions Moss-man. Gave his shoulder armor to Adamonn. Looking forward to the next accessory pack, has regular good boot feet in it.

I missed the Holiday sale for the Mythic Legions Krampus figure. I didn't check my email for a couple of days and they put out a 24 hour presale notice. toynewsi.com/222-41005

oh no... when you are hardcore collector gotta be on top of things. Purple Cat looks nice. Hopefully the 'brothers' can get along.

All of the storehorsemen.com stock sales usually sell out within seconds anyway. :-( I've been right there when the sale goes online, and I've added one item to cart and it be out of stock before I could checkout. Kind of sucked the fun out of it for me.

Krampus some played out hipster crap anyway. Can't they find a new local holiday legend to ruin?
