Songs to replace the G.I.JOE the Movie intro

Here's my top three;

#3) ACDC Thunderstruck

You can't listen to the whole song, but it ends at the solo, still pretty cool combo, the music, lyrics and cartoon mesh really nicely.


#2) Beastie Boys Sabotage

I came up with this one way back, I still stand by it.
I wait to start the song till the movie starts with the flash.


#1) Europe, The Final Countdown

I got chills. Wow.

Works best to wait to start the cartoon when the music actually starts.

I wait to start the movie after Europe's song is about 16 seconds in.

If you time it right, you should here the audience screaming as the civilians run for cover.

It ends during the guitar solo.

*Edit Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child is definitly a top choice!
the lyrics when I played it, Duke is planting the bomb when Jimi says,

I'm surprised this one works pretty good too :-)
Would be great for the song to finish playing during the movie as it opens...in the jungle with Pythona :-)

*Update* Some interesting points.

When Axl says "feel my serpentine", is right when we see Cobra Commander the first time.

Also, "you gotta hook up up with what you need", Alpine "hooks" himself onto the Firebat.
