These DC figs are odd, you get some gear and it talks about finding missions or some crap, not sure I quite understand the gimmick to this stuff, this Wonder Woman comes with a shield, sword and her lasso to put on her hip, claims they are mystery accessories, but its stuff for her. She's not bad, the paint job is what really lets it down, taller than the ReAction figs I got out.

Sorry, no pictures...in fact I don't have them with me to look at. I sent them with my friend "Panthor" to take back to the house.
Staying at a hotel tonight so I can get to the airport easy tomorrow.

Micro-Collection X-wing was one of my top favorite toys as a kid. The regular X-wing was fun, but it was the micro-collection version that made several Death Star runs around the living room.

 The Crimson Guard is in flux with Walmart, but these did arrive from Hasbro Pulse. I need to look up the other Storm Shadow to see the differences lol. |

Today's only find. $2 Tonka truck made for their 3 3/4" offerings in the late 70's/80's.   The garage sale had a lot of vintage and some recent stuff, one of those sort of collector's sales. Prices were a mixed bag. $1 each for a POTF2 Lando and Jedi Luke, no weapons. I passed. Not worth it. Lando is amusing but have a few and that Luke was always lame. The planets that open up with a figure inside were $5. No thanks. Stalker's kayak was for some reason in a $10 army men bag. Oh, made and painted Star Wars and sci-fi models. Someone did all the work, you can display it. Guess they didn't know their stuff that well. I missed a lot of stuff but I got there hours after they opened. This was self sabotage on my part, since i had feeling the sale was more hassle than it was worth. I should've stayed home. Whole day was a fail. Went back to yesterdays subdivision sale, only 3 people set up that weren't yesterday. Only interesting thing was a $60! Vintage 80's Lego space set assembled. Yeah, are many people gonna jump on that at a yard sale? Went to dollar tree but couldn't make myself go to walmart even though I needed a few things, because Walmart super center on a saturday. Law mower won't start, gas too old, I suspect. Meh. I like the dandelions anyway. |
