I am so happy with this announcment :-)  I don't see his rat-crossbow, but that's what customs are for. I love all the head sculpts. Fans are already complaining the cat bandoleer isn't a belt like the vintage toy...since SUper7 is giving us the bandoleer, making it into a belt has got to be the easiest thing you could ever customize. It looks like the bonus weapons pack, has some of his same accessories, I can't tell, but maybe they glow in the dark? My love for this character doesn't come from the cartoon or the toys. I used to babysit a couple of boys who were HUGE TMNT fans. And sometimes I would roleplay with them, and they said I should be the Rat-King, I didn't even know who he was, hahaha! Not sure the bonus weapons pack is worth it, but I will probably order the wave from Super7. Maybe an extra Rat King from BBTS, just to cover my bases. Rest of the wave... I like the Leonardo a lot...but a regular head would have been nice to be included. Rapper Mikey, is pretty good...I like the ghetto blaster boom box. Foot Soldier Variant looks good. Although, I was looking forward to more unique characters, but that's alright. Rat-King is on the way, I couldn't be happier :-)  *Edit* I am beginning to wonder if Super7 did the Cat's Lair...call it a hunch, but maybe a Technodrome and Sewer Lair might happen too. |

Some thoughts on new stuff. Neca Red Shirt Casey Jones is pretty darn cool. I was tempted to keep this one in the box. Exact repaint of the gray shirt version, except gray shirt doesn't come with an umbrella. Glow In The Dark Muckman & Joe Eyeball might be my favorite non turtle. Last Ronin is a really cool figure, but in general I still prefer the regular turtles. Fugitoid is very fun. I don't really know who he is, but he reminds me a lot of Bender from Futurama. Toxic Crusader Radiation Ranger kind of sucks. I don't like the black paint on him. Should have brighter neon colors instead. If I ever get around to it, I may try painting over some of those parts, but even the hoses are black. I would recommend the regular version, but not this glow one. One of the most disappointing figures if I am being honest. He does have a nice glow, and that's what he's for. But Glow in the dark Muckman looks pretty cool in regular light. So does Glow Slash. Glow turtles are cool, but don't glow as strong as Muckman. Off-topic, that Transformers Blaster is a very cool toy...just not feeling TF too much anymore. Couple of bonus shots....Wolverine and Scooby Doo.             |
