  That She-Venom cover is wild. I still need to track down the other 3 issues of that miniseries, Spider-Man/Black Cat the Evil Men do. It gets bad reviews, but whatever. I'm just here for the art (deals with rape and such, and apparently not very well). -She Venom, hey my ex is on a comic cover! |

Those She-Hulk covers are gorgeous. Symbiote Spidey looks very cool too.
Made a run to the city to do some stocking up shopping.
I didn't get any toys, but I took a look at walmart.
Saw in the girls section, dolls for Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Batgirl, and i can't remember the other one. They looked pretty good I thought. Not scale to anything I have, but on their own, pretty nice.
Boys section had Man-E-Faces masterverse version. Almost got this one.
Kids section had Playmobile stuff. Knight Rider, Ghostbusters...there was a small set with a Pirate I quite liked...also almost got it.
Maybe if I go back and it is still there. Also had Playmobile Scooby Doo mystery figure packs...12 figures to collect.
No advertising of who all 12 were, but had about 5 on a picture of the bag. 75 pesos per bag for one figure I think...that's probably like $4.00
Too much, to not know what you are getting.
Did I get anything? Yes.
A couple Batman t-shirts, and one for my friend who works for me. 165 pesos...$8.50 I think.
They are the old school Batman logo I have always wanted.
One shirt black with the yellow logo, and the other shirt is gray with a black bat.
Will try to post a pic tomorrow.

There were 2 series of those Playmobil blind bags. 12 figures each series. 1st was all monsters/villains. 2nd was a mix of the gang and villains.
Yeah, $4 each is too much.

Went back to Walmart today, same stuff, but this time I notices SMURF figures in the kids area. Almost bit the bullet on them.
I don't think they are poseable or anything though. There were a couple houses too, Smurfette, and I forget the other one. If I go all in, I could get a couple extra houses and paint them. Going to mull it over for a couple days while the truck is getting the air conditioning fixed, yay.

My dog chewed off origins Sorceress's arm today. No pics, too horrific. I was about to hang her up with some fishing wire, so she would be flying above Castle Grayskull.  |

I picked up a Lord of the Rings Monopoly set I got at a toy store here in Mexico. They had a good amount of Star Wars too.
The set has some die cast figures of all the main good guys. They are pretty small. Also came with an actual ring of power.
Kind of cheap, but looks good.

No more box art packaging for Creations figs? Ah well. Did I say that? Well, yeah. They went from gratuitous packaging with Lady Sliter to no more line art boxes. On clearance now. I haven't gone looking, afraid I might find them for cheap enough.  |
