It's really Two-Bad they didn't do Fright Zone with that rattler gimmick upgrade.

How much do I really want to summon the ancient spirits of evil to transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra?
Okay, it is kind of fun.
But that snake fortress doesn't really resemble anything I know.
If they were hell bent on a snake fortress, they should have gone with a pyramid....but they probably decided that is just too much truth.

Fisto's fist is WAYYYY too small.
I've already deleted it from memory.
Classics version is not just fantastic, but one of the best figures that came out of that line.

Blade does look good, I will go the other way on this one, and say it blows the Classics version away.


She'Ra Origins or Masterverse? Can't tell.
Either way, her boots are too big.
If they do the head-sculpt right, it would be worth it though.
Only final product will tell.
Classics Adora still is the best looking She-Ra head sculpt.
This is because it was based on Filmation. So, take that into account.
Making a great She-Ra seems to require a lot of different dolls to get the best parts

People are bashing the Snake Lair...HA! Imaginext playset comparison. I was like "That's not what people voted for". The color isn't even the same. Mattel teased it on box art, and it doesn't match.
The mech snake is the Rattle Tail, a vehicle just made up for the fan club magazine in the 1980's.
Looking at its size, they will want too much for it. Maybe just a Snake-Upgrade to Snake Mountain pack with a snake throne, a snake head to replace wolf head, etc would've been the better route, but Mattel pushed this and Lady Slither on the fans.

But...despite the justified dissing, watch it fund when they put teased Snake-Men as stretch goals.

Throne should have space for figures to stand around it, instead it's a platform. Reminds me of Cobra Mountain playset from Spy Troops and that's not a compliment. I suppose the throne would be removable, though. It's just the design seems all over the place like they were aping the worst aspects of the vintage playsets, when this is a set made for adults, really. So the random stuff? Here's a window at ankle level! Another rickety ladder and tiny ledges. Obligatory tower laser. Oh, it needs to fold up, because that never restricts anything, right?

We are reaching the point where its just too much damn product. Collecting it becomes a full time job.

Yeah, She-Ra is good.

Skelcon is pretty cool...That falls into the close enough range to army build with Skeletors...but it looks Masterverse, not Origins.

I've mostly drifted away from this line now. They went fan fiction, which is fine...but there's so much stuff to get, it's already overwhelming. And I am not even getting the filmation stuff.

Snake Fortress does take away from Snake Mountains glory....it's like, "Oh wait, we already have this, don't we?"

There is even Snake Tower with Eternia.

Working on a Skeletor army made me skoff at MOST of the snake-men.
Vypor does look pretty good though. If you have Eternia, then he is probably a must have.

I will keep going, I like the toon figs, its still gonna be a struggle, we'll see. I definitely want Hordak and She-Ra.

I mean, how many excuses to remake the core characters can we stand? Here's the He-Man from MOTU vs Thundercats.
They'll make Mumm-Ra too big like Slay-Ker. What was up with that figure?
I mean, that will last until they get to wave 5 like with Turtles of Grayskull and suddenly pegwarming heroes show up (Clamp Champ and Mekaneck).

Besides Rio-Blast and Modulok, there was nothing about all the teased origins non-cartoon characters:
He-Ro, Eldor, Sharella, purple cyclops, Quick Flik, Stretchneck, Priest Pythonus and other snake-men. It's past old and tiresome. There's too much product, but so much is superfluous because they have to maintain two retail lines and the only regular origins going to at retail are "fan choice" reissues.

Adora is one toon fig outstanding I'd love, think Frosta deserves a toon fig for that ep where she flirts hardcore with He-Man, Shadow Weaver of course, Imp as Felix mentioned above

I like Vypor. He is probably the best snake-man yet.

Necroconda...the tail looks too much like poop.
The same problem I have with the Triceratons from TMNT.

Turtles of Grayskull Leonardo has good swords, for some woke agenda reason, they gave him a skirt.

And Turtles He-Man finally has a mask to protect himself against covid19.
Glad they kept his cross.

Super7's Cats Lair....It would look better with ReAction figures instead of Ultimates.
IF I get it, I would just let my cats use it as their house instead of Catsle Grayskull.

This is an early sneak of product and pricing will be shared on Monday, August 5th, 2024

No. There are no electronics in the playset.

The great part, this running almost the exact time frame was the Haslab Rattler. So...if you collect both...ouch. And if anyone had to choose...i mean, 6-inch scale Rattler, iconic Cobra vehicles vs...Giant Imaginext playset.
