It's like they are trolling 4" collectors now. The CC doesn't have his hooded head, yet, the previous waves had all that extra gear. Now we have an oversized empty bubble. LOOKS GREAT.

Duke is meme worthy. But you skimp on all their accessories, even reduced SE and SS had a lot of their stuff. Lady Jaye does not need that huge card bubble.

Wal-mart nearest me finally got HISS tanks and like 8 of them, but I passed.
Shelves were so barren...obviously from people shopping, certainly not Wal-Mart's poor as stocking and inventory. You wouldn't know there was still a 3 3/4" Star Wars line unless you went to Meijer, where *yawn* tweaked reissues of General Lando, C3P0, Bespin Luke and Bespin Han hang...boringly.

That Reaction shit is something I'm interested in seeing. I assume they're going to be awful, but they'll be fun to use as a reason to write something about the decline of western civilization, the "poor sister" mentality of G.I. Joe fandumb, and the question of why people are likely going to be super positive about a toyline regressing, while at the same time pissing and moaning that the Retro line didn't have O-Rings.

I don't mind Reaction figures in concept, but the price point for those figures are insane. I have to think the only people who collect them do so for visual flare in display, keep them MOC. I kind of wanted the April O'Niel figure, but then was like, nah, when I can get something much more slightly higher price (which is why I think 6 inch has taken over as the scale for action figures, a parent will see the price difference and feel like their kid is getting more for a tad more at a bigger scale).

So, Walmart is doing their own collector reveals which will 'reveal' Stalker and Cobra Trooper and a Blue HISS Tank.
Not against a Hiss Tank in blue, but it is damn lazy for the retro line.

Maybe it'll be the Snow Hiss's missile launcher? Or be the HISS 2. Or likely neither of those.

If the blue HISS tank is actual COBRA blue, I might be interested. I doubt I'd ever find the goddamn thing, but it's still a thing that has a little history within the G.I. Joe line, and hadn't been done correctly. Watch, it'll just be the HISS III released for the third time.
