Thanks  You are absolutely right sir! Did some work on Road Pig recently, and got accurate thigh pads on Zartan...I might paint them all black, not sure yet, but I'm leaning in that direction.  I'm really happy with how the shoulder armor and chest armor came out.  Road Pig still needs an anarchy tattoo, crossbow, leather studded crotch armor, and a cinderblock hammer. Fun projects.  Here's my most recent work on Snake Eyes. I gave him Destro's pants (not seen, but for the first time since I've had him, he's got pants that fit and look right....(and I don't even include a pic of it).  A brief mock up of Mercer. Got a long way to go still. Thigh pads? Destro's desert eagle will be perfect for his vest, just need to attach all the accessories. Simple design, but I like it so far.  I haven't really done anything with CC yet, working on giving him the right accesories. Right now, less is more. I should take a pic of Baroness sitting on his lap   |

Picked up the last MOBAT release for $1 at a yard sale. The one that was in a Target Battle Pack. Missing the machine gun barrel of course. At least it's something I didn't have.
Buncha crap yesterday. The Snarler cycle Beach-Head for fitty centz. A few beat up incomplete Star Wars figures for 25 cents each (how many used Vaders do I own? LOL). That Total Heroes chap-mei made big military boat that's like the Cobra hydro foil for a few bucks, missing some parts. 2 incomplete Revenge of the Sith Jedi starfighters, which I get every year...it's a running joke. I'll never get the canopies, missiles and droid socket filler parts for them, but they are too cheap to pass up (less than a buck). Iron Man 2 race car, but it was missing the spoiler/launcher.

You could try customizing the Jedi Starfighters into pod racers. Or try using some vintage R2-D2 for the droid socket, I have NEVER played with one in person, but I think they're pretty cool to be honest. Kind of a bummer to lose the canopy, the missiles are no big deal. If you do some kind of Hanger Bay display, vehicles don't need to be complete anyway. Mechanics can be working on them, so it doesn't matter.

The arm tracker is still eluding me... Up next are the side pouches.  Road Pigs hammer turned out well I think. Crossbow needs to be bigger though.    |

I went to 5 Below today and almost got a Retaliation Lady Jaye...but then changed my mind.
Marshalls had the Ninja Vamp for $12...that one had tape undone on one end, other was $15. No money to spend on that crap right now, so I don't know why I looked.

I found a Greedo for 25 cents at a yard sale. My 3rd vintage Kenner Greedo in 3 years. It's funny how I find the same used figures again and again. There was like 90 Kenner star wars figures but I find him. Back in the 90's, I'd often find Alpine at yard sale and flea markets? Why him? Also got a plo koon clone wars speeder bike for $1. Kid acted like he didn't want to sell it, but then said it was broken. I think it's just missing the mudflaps and spring action launcher. Other than that, I wasted a lot of gas.
Saw some of the new Joes at Toys R Us, 2 packs and "Danger at the Docks". Flint's paint ops on the three sets they had were lousy. His forearms looked bad on the flesh parts. I'd still like a Vamp Mk2, but of course it's the urban camo one. Eel has a gold cobra logo that doesn't show up well on his red chest. 2 Packs show the good and bad of that format, at $15 cheaper per figure than $10 carded figures, but you might not want Blowtorch or Low-Light. (the other two sets are not shipping yet)

I enjoy seeing the Sideshows, even though I'm never getting any, they're still neat. The chrome paint on Destro's mask looks great, what did you use?
Road-Pigs face looks too small for his head, makes me think of a Cabbage Patch Kid. The muscle body looks good. Who made his head?
When my friend and me used to hit swap meets regularly in the mid 90's, He ended up with four Monkeywrenches with a broken crotches. He never noticed until we got back and looked at our haul.

I used VTC spray paint in a can on the mask.
Maybe I should switch bodies with Road Pig and Destro....hmmmmm. Yup, gonna try it now. Thanks for the feedback!
I've been sitting on the Road Pig project for a while. It was designed for the T-800 body (which is what Destro is using now). A guy called Skiman made it, and the armor.
Destro still needs a lot of work, holster, red straps, need to stick the collar on permanently, bigger wrist rockets, but the bulk of him is complete now.
