No payment method is working for me. Looks like Sy Klone is a write off.
Edit: finally took paypal. I think. Jeez. Was it me? I tried paypal and 3 cards again and again.

Livestream had a trivia question "What was the first cartoon episode Sy-Klone appeared in?" Some one responded in the chat: "The first episode was a walmart exclusive no one could watch." Reveals were MOTU Origins Geldor and Demo-Man for Creations bullshat exclusives (Where's STONEDAR?) Cartoon Adama, Cringer and Evil-Lyn. and Masterverse Horde Trooper, a large deluxe figure because that's what you want an army builder to be...more expensive. SNAKE LAIR crowd-funding news soon. Yay.

Leo I feel like ends up with not being humiliated in his mash up like other Turtles. The wig on Mikey is sad.
I think April is cute. I might try to get her and some are well done, actually, but I can't imagine myself collecting these to a complete collection. Some just look weird.

Geldor and Demo-Man are the kind of characters that Creations should offer....IF...the whole non-cartoon regular line (besides fan favorites) wasn't now Creations only. I think they made Geldor as an excuse to reuse Ram-Man axes again.

Sadly, I don't see the lady that was promoting Eternia.
Splinter looks pretty cool.
I like April too.
With the turtles, this line is all over the place. Good idea to cherry pick.
Mer-Man is a snake now? I'm confused.
Geldor...the figure nobody wants. But will somehow become the most sought after figure in 2024. And completely forgotten about by 2025.
Horde Trooper isn't bad, but a missed opportunity for retro cartoon accuracy. I am guessing that the armor will look more dull and gray on the final product.
Cartoon figures look good.
*Edit* Easy pass on Demo-Man...just not interested. I'd rather get another regular version of Skeletor.

Sadly, I don't see the lady that was promoting Eternia. I saw part of the UNO segment and it was like they were bringing out thicker and thicker brunettes. I was like "Nah, bra, that last one is too thick." Like they are trying to make UNO some sort of collectible thing. There's a MOTU Uno deck, but the art is like reused 80's poster art and magazine art. I dunno they decided Horde Troopers are metal colored now, not gray. So no actual retro toy colored version yet.

That's what I should have been collecting all of these years, UNO!

The Demo-Man concept never interested me. Kevin Smith just hand waving that bit in his show, good call.

Extendar is one of those figures past my era of collecting MOTU.
Not one I was ever interested in. Seemed to me like he was just Mekanek 2.0
But I am glad Mattel is one step closer to finishing what they started.

I remember liking him well enough. Though he is another suffering cyborg/body horror character. It's either Hordak, in this case, or Man-At-Arms, in Mekaneck and Rotar's cases, creating these horrors...except Trap-Jaw. Once again the missed the boat. Original Extendar has "chopping hands" but new one only has gripping hands. I guess that's okay, if it keep him a regular and not deluxe. But those WWE Superstars have extra hands are sell for $20 each, I think.

There's a tipping point where some of the late figures, how could they function in a regular situation? You can have gimmick with a figure and it works visually and as a 'reason' ... Trap Jaw works. There's a simplicity to him. I never liked Extendar. He just looked like a loser to me.

Being a loser was part of his minicomic origin. He feels inadequate (despite dressing like a knight). Hordak offers to him power. Turns him into a cyber monster like Dragstor (who was an innocent Etherian villager). Extendar goes evil for a bit and is brought back to good. Moral: Don't trust evil bat-like techno-wizards.
