He's pretty trashed, broken crotch, both elbows cracked and loose joints, but somehow his thumbs are intact. Worth the quarter. Oh, I found a seat from the Tomahawk at a different sale. Just one seat. One of those times when I wonder how it got to where it was. I doubt the copter was at the sale, it was more likely a random part in a box of loose hand-me-down toys...I guess. Silly moment, where I got the tank and grub, there was a kiddie galactic heroes AT-AT, discolored and missing its roof hatch, but marked $5. I passed it up. But I remembered later that I had the snowspeeders already! I could've had a kiddie Hoth thing going. But $5 is five bucks. They had that big soft plastic x-wing from a couple of years ago for $7.50. Meh. Some of May's finds: Just have to say "Hell yeah, CARE BEARS!" Even Dave Chappel talked about them in his last special I got the 1/6 Worldbox Mortal Kombat Scorpion. He's okay, but not even close to worth the money IMO. There's like a $30 version, I should have just got that, oh well. I can fix him up better, but still.

Those Bears were in a free box. I was thinking "oh, care bears"...then I was like "those are old, dude...grab 'em". I'm so used to ignoring the girl's toy at yard sales because they are either Barbie or Bratz or Monster High stuff. I got the squishy toy Fett because I didn't know it existed and figured any thing Fett had to be worth more than a quarter. Some of the stuff was in a bggie for a buck, the small clone, Prime, the batman figurine and Kanjar Ro the guy behind Mr. Freeze. More stuff from last weekend. I paid $2 for it all, except the mini mate Racer X missing a hand was free. I got it for the Snake-Eyes ans Storm Shadow. The copter and guys are from Unimax's short lived 2009 Target exclusive line whose name I forget. As some one put it, they all look like they wear "mom" jeans.

Weekend's find were lame. I missed the Rhino that part goes to by minutes. I saw some kid get his mom's van with it. I paid a quarter for the female sand person and a quarter for the jango fett blaster that isn't a hasbro item. rest was free. Got these back in May. Who keeps the box but loses the canopy? I have a canopy somewhere..but now I have two canopyless fighters. So I still need another. Got this back in May. I paid $10 for it all. I feel kinda ripped off. Just a bunch of incomplete stuff.

That last pic is a gold mine. All of that stuff is great for the Slaughter House!

I'll never top that C.A.T. The slugger got cut off in that photo. The APC is somehow missing the window "glass" It was sheer chance I stumbled across it, the garage sale wasn't even on my list. Woman selling it said it was handed down over the years. Those were the survivors! (they may have sold some items before I got there)

I know most people would be more excited about the CAT, but I am in awe at all the other vehicles, lol :-)
It's not hard to make new windows, just cut some clear thin plastic and super glue.

What's weird for all the missing parts, one of the Devilfish has the small black hoses. One had a BAT hand inside via the vents, I had to shake it out...turns out it was the left hand...broken off!
I had that Fisher Price jet and it was a substitute Cobra jet for sometime..even if it was unarmed.

Paid $20 for all this. Cobra Commander good from above the waist, but has a busted crotch and one bad knee. Clutch needs an o-ring. HAL and MK II need parts and technically are broken (missing laser barrel, tow hitch and tow hook). I did need some of the Rolling Thunder parts, I think. I paid too much considering you can get figure and parts lots off ebay. Guy had a bunch of headmaster and movie era 80's Transformers , but I didn't ask how much he wanted after he told me this stuff was 20 bucks. He had Trypticon, Metroplex and Scorponok. Figured he wanted too much...well, more that I'd pay, not being a transformers collector.

The dark blue on the hooded CC is hard to match. Clutch looks good. Vintage figures eat up O-rings fast, not sure why. It seemed like I was always changing them out, the the screws start stripping the plastic on the backs.
That accessory version of Dukes backpack was what I always had to use as a Jetpack, cause I never had one.
My Mattel order for 2 Horde Troopers and Hoverbots says it shipped, yippie.

Resale shop stuff. Had to buy two $2.50 ziplock bags of toys to get the decent stuff...I didn't take pictures of the rest...plastic animals, matchbox cars, a rubik's cube. I guess the missile is from the newer skystriker, looks different. Frostbite has a loose knee. A super battle droid is missing a toe. Couldn't tell at the time. Not the best $5 I've spent.

I don't look at parts on the aftermarket, I never get around to completing vehicles. I considered getting General parts a few times, but then the one I have has yellowed so badly, that completing it wouldn't matter much now. I have a Rattler that needs parts, but it's so trashed that also completing it would be a waste of money.

Complete vehicles don't belong in the Slaughter House....it's a rule.

That was a great score on the CAT. I've made replacement guns using a BIC pen, Tropicana juicebox straw, and Capri Sun straw staggered, Use masking tape to match the inside diameter, and super glue then paint.

Interesting idea, Zarana-X. (I see photobucket got you, too. ) I'm still figure out how to get the battery compartment open. This weekend was a bust in terms of finding ANYTHING action figure related (aside from some people who have a sale every week and have a box of loose mostly 90's action figures for $2 each...with nothing I want). I did get a Mr Machine from the 70's. But the back of his hat was broken off...didn't realize at the time.
