Yeah, vehicles are the space hogs. I dug up my Falcon and realized how much I love it. Now I'm watching Empire Strikes Back. Merry Christmas

I did pick up the Toy Story playset for Disney Infinity (Buzz and Jessie) as well as Jack from Nightmare before Christmas. Surrpisingly, a Padme on the blackcard randomly showed up at Walmart, so I bought her. Haven't opened it though.
Walmart had 3 Vanellopes from Disney Infiinity and picked out the best paint job of the three, went to check out, oh they weren't allowed to sell it. Guess they broke street date putting her out. Annoying.

I don't know who any of those are except Jack...need pics Ordered a TIE Interceptor, still waiting on that. Also got the 3-pack of droids that was like $5, also waiting. I splurged and got a vintage mail away rocket firing Boba Fett figures. Mainly because I've never been happy with ANY of the newer Boba Fett figures, but always loved the original. It's weird because I like the Jango Fett figures they've done. I think it's the plastic wookiee scalps that ruin it for me. And finally, got a couple more Gamorrean Guards. I really wish Hasbro would offer preordering. It would make collecting the harder to find figures for everyone much more convenient. Bastila, Malgus, Plaguess (sp?), ect.

Boba Fett has a busy costume, that has lot of elements that are hard to translate into 3 3/4" form without getting messy. The scalps, the cape and the jet pack. The 90's one made the cape and the scalps into a combine collar piece, so Fett hardly had a neck.
I've still never gotten the concept art Fett that I never saw in stores back in 2008?
That Droid set is good for $5. I got one at Target on clearance for cheap. The Death Star Droid could be better articulated, but whatever.
Before the new year I found an Imperial Navy Commander (Death star trooper) at 5 Below for $5. Saw the new 5 point articulated Stormtrooper and considered it, but passed.

Hay! its 2014. I think I'm pretty much done with any modern toy collecting, other than Hot Wheels, nothing's impressed me lately. Everythign is gettin' too damn expensive, and I'm out of room.

I hear ya Zarana-X. Those space issues are the primary reason in 2014 I've decided I'm putting an end to my 1/6 collecting. I should be getting my house built in the next few months. It's going to be a small one, so I'm sticking with small figures I like the McQuarrie Fett (actually I do want the whole McQuarrie line at some point, even want to make a McQuarrie custom Falcon) and the Prototype all white Fett, but they really just look like Clone Troopers now. I want the McQuarrie Storm Trooper, he's got a glow in the dark lightsaber. That's a feature I wish all the lightsabers had.

Picked up the Red 3 X-wing, the one that's supposed to be for Biggs. If you watch the movie though, Red 5 flys a Red3 most of the time. You would think this error would have been fixed in at least one of the special editions. The X-wing itself is awesome. The paint job is incredible. Not sure why they gave the front landing gear a closing panel and not the rear. The cockpit controls are very nice. Wings don't close all the way, kind of odd considering the original had no problems with this whatsoever. I didn't think they would ever make Red 3, pretty happy with this one.

They retooled that X-Wing some years back, gave it the spring action launcher and stuff.
I've never owned any of the bigger X-Wings.
I've gotten nothing this year...see how long I can make it. It's easy when stuff is expensive or impossible to find at retail.
