The mini-comic version of Tri-Klops eluded me...will have to send out the Wind Raiders.

The crimson horde trooper looks great, but not really interested...one of those that would be cool to have, but I don't feel I need him either.

Really going all out there mixing MOTU and TMNT.

*EDIT* Still need to make my custom war paint Conan the Barbarian figure.

MONDO Teela...she looks good, but I can not stand the knees on these figures.
Greatfull I didn't buy into this line. The overall body construction on the male figures is just off too.
If I had got these figures, I would need to find custom nude bodies to use, and hope the paint on the head sculpts would match too.
Plus a lot of parts are not clothing, but molded onto the body, so those would have to be custom too.
Teela has a lot going for her.
Don't like the angry head.
Yeah, the knees and elbow joints suck. This is 2024, and articulation points can be much better concealed.
Heck, I would rather have zero articulation on those joints than have them look like this. Especially for the price point they are offered at.










A friend of mine once told me, it really bugged him if he could ever see articulation on a figure...after he told me that, I could never unsee it.

A really good figure otherwise though.

For the amount they are asking, I'd probably just get an outright premium statue. But I do like some of it, but Mondo just ain't for me.

I don't disagree that for the money the articulation should look better.

It reminds me of McFarlane Super Powers. In the 1984, Kenner made pinless, sonic welded knee joints on their Super Powers figures. Toy Biz's DC/Batman didn't bother. Now McFarlane, 40 years of tech after Kenner, can't be bothered to do what Mattel can do with Origins knees and Spin Master can with their 4" DC.

Those added kneepads to the top of her boots in an attempt to cover up the bad knees.

She's decent except for those knees.

I knew it would be a problem when they made She-Ra with boots up to her knees.

I wish the the sorceress portal @7:30 was used for toy cardbacks on the cartoon figures.

The magic portal was one thing I REALLY loved about the cartoon.

What appealed to me about this figure was getting that extra sai sword for Raphael.

But no removable helmet, no thanks.
