lolz!!! I'm not sure how many more decepticons I'll get, but Starscream is on my list. I don't really like to collect characters that were killed off, I prefer to let them rest in peace. But Megatron and Starscream are major icons and two of my favorites. Makes collecting autobots kind of easy for me. Most of my favorites were killed off in the movie; Prowl, Ratchet and Ironhide.

Ravage and the birds never made sense on the cartoon. Why couldn't they talk? Why were their robot modes also sort of Earth animal modes?
If anyone cares, all the 50th GI JOE stuff except the Skystriker set are on clearance at TRU now. 2 packs $10, 3 packs $13. They were out of the ground vehicle set, but it's $30 online. I'd get it if it had the orange hiss instead of the ugly snow cat.

On a side note, about The mini cassettes. The Transformers won't fit in an actual micro cassette case, and a real micro cassette wont fit into Soundwave or Blaster, even though it looks like it will. There's like a 1mm difference. The only thing I've gotten lately are Bootleg Masterpeice Bumblebee and Prowl. Even at $35, it seems like a lot. Can't imagine paying $80+ for official release. The only thing that seems off is the Hood emblem on Prowl, and my Bumblebee has an upside down Autobot symbol. Its on a flip panel, and the panel was installed wrong...Very good quality otherwise. Looks like they should be $25 toys if they were actually sold in the US by Hasbro, but I remember the last Transformers (Other than 25 anniversary Prime, and MP Megs and Starscream) I bought being $20 Alternators.

You are right Zarana-X, these things are too expensive, most of the toy collecting market is that way these days.
And now for something completely different....
You guys know whats missing in my life?
Custom 1:18 Blade Runner figures.

Alright, more Transformer madness. I got Reximus Prime AKA Grimlock. He's a knock-off version of the Masterpiece Grimlock...basically identical, but a whole lot bigger! The guy is over a foot tall! I never had Grimlock, going to play with this for a while

Shared-Universe of Transformers and Mad Max. Decepticons caused the "pocky lips".

Latest mistake, finding a good garage sale. this stuff was $5. The whole bag of the Marauders and Dreadnok figures were $2. (I couldn't believe it, A. finding them and B. that price) Not in the photo, but all accessories were there, I think. Not sure the display stands have ever been opened from their bags. The He-man guys I thought were vintage Remco but are actually from 2012 Zoloworld's Realm of the Underworld, a retro tribute to Remco. All 3 for $2 in a bag. The rest, the fisher price guys, shipwreck, Slaughter, Mercer V2, etc...were another $1. Less impressive....some guy and his son were gonna buy these but flaked out because the son like Star Trek and not so much Star Wars. so I foolishly paid $15 for both of these. They had more Star Wars stuff but most of it was MOC figures and fair to over-priced. Sad part was they had the garage sale yesterday, so no telling what I missed, but that's probably a good thing.

The Bantha and Rancor have always eluded me. If you got them at that price, that's a steal. Nice grab for the Dreadnoks. Mercer and Slaughter are good figures. I would give the rancor a wash with watered down black paint. I'm totally jealous by the deals you got

I don't know if I'll keep the Rancor or Bantha, but at that price I couldn't let them go by.
Most of the Dreadnoks and Marauders are cool for modern era figures, though Burn-Out, Zanzibar and Taurus suffer from some bad design choices. That's one thing that bugs me about the current style of figures, they think they can parts swap anything and it works, but come on...Taurus "Bull's" legs/knees can't even straighten.
Zanya alone can sell for $30 on ebay! Wow. I thought this set was easily obtainable online back in 2011 or whenever.

I'm putting my Star Wars figures back out on display, and I realized Aurra Sing is a War Boy from Mad Max. Kind of a freaky one too, with that thing stickin out of her head.

Found an incomplete Black Pearl ship play set at the local township recycling dumpster (they have it there on weekends, anyone can take recycling to it)...there was a Rescue Heroes aircraft carrier there, too. Sad to leave it there, but I've got too much crap, don't need a kiddie thing. Also found 70 cents worth of deposit cans....guess people are lazy.
Besides that, garage sales lately have been a total washout as far as toys go. Some guy had some 21st century 12 inchers he wanted good money for and a few MOC Episode 1 figures...lol.

This weekend's stuff, most of it. What did I pay? $20 for everything but the clone tank and the ROTS starfighter, which I got next door for 50 cents each. Yeah. All these weeks of nothing and I find two sales next door to each other with Star Wars. I went there friday, and I think they had found more stuff on saturday, but I missed it. I rarely go back to the same sales anyway. Also found a "life size" Kenner/Hasbro Stormtrooper blaster from the 90's, black with the orange tip. Electronics still work. Also a fisher price copter ($1), Robin (he was in a free box) and Baroness (who came with the star wars big lot). Smoke and Shang Tsung I got weeks ago. Couple of loose knees and paint wear on them.
